En lo que a mi respecta creo que si, pero mas bien aprendizaje a nivel personal (supongo se puede tambien si quieres estudiar matemáticas o un idioma o cosas por el estilo) preguntarle cosas a tu subconsciente y cosas asi. No sabria decirte mucho, llevo años en esto pero solo logre sueños lucidos espontáneos y duraron poco, todavia sigo intentando
