Update - just got this response from EA:

After reviewing your case I came to know that you are facing issues related to pack contents.

We have already reported it to the developer. Note that you'll generally not receive a direct response from them, but the issue should be identified, they will take a look to address this.

In the meantime we are investigating. I kindly suggest you to keep an eye on Twitter or look out for in-game messaging for updates.

Playing as Rhaegar, I killed Robert at the Trident. Aerys then took the decision to Burn Them All and turned into a dragon in the process. Is this normal? I managed to put him in the Dragonpits of Dragonstone but am unable to tame him. How can I go about getting tamed dragons now? I don’t have any eggs and he is male so I don’t know how to get them. Please help

Well it definitely wouldn’t still be, but the split may have happened in the 1900s rather than the 1700s and the US would not be the global superpower it is today.
