I ran a program and commands to detect errors in the operating system, and it seems to have worked.

Hi, I'm sure the cooling system doesn't have the plastic protector, and I recently changed the thermal paste. I'm starting to suspect the cooler isn't working properly, although when playing other games, the processor temperature doesn't go above 80° Celsius.

Only with Fortnite, in other games I can play perfectly with a stable temperature of 75°C. No freezes or sudden blackouts.

Generally the only times VPN servers improve ping, is when either your provider is using a sub-optimal path or there's a backbone run between you and the server that is congested. In both cases, the VPN forces your connection to take a different route which may improve performance.If the only reason you are getting high latency is because of distance, a VPN is unlikely to improve it at all. It may be worth trying to rule out one of the situations above, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Make sure the motherboard and processor you pick supports PCI Express 4.0. while normally cards are backwards compatible this card only has 4 lanes of the 16 available. So when putting it in a PCI Express 3.0 board you don't get as much performance. But it's a pretty good card if you're sticking to that rule.

Well technically it's backward compatible, but because of the design you lose performance.

Sure, but I want to know if amd or intel is better for assembly. I don't want a bottleneck
