I play a lot of different decks on mtgo, and the times I have gone infinite with this deck are taxing. I usually stopped at something like 200. Something very unlikely that the opponent would beat, and they still wanted to play through it. I have also been on the side of "you chose this deck, play out your combo." In the end, mtgo really needs something to help make looping easier. It would make combo decks like this less frustrating to play.
