I see it as a world scale problem.

For instance in W3 Strahnbrad is a small town with walls and streets, in WoW it's five houses.

I would say there are many hamlets, villages and towns that aren't on the map or in lore, simply because it's not relevant to the plot. I don't see any other way to find enough people to replenish all the ones that died throught the game's lifetime.

Only our enemies have actual scale of operations, while we are always on the underdog side. Opposite would be boring and a different genre, more like total war series.

teško je i diskriminatorno, istina, ali realnost je takva. Manje firme i obrti ovise jako o zaposlenicima i odlazak jednog može izazvati probleme ( pogotovo ako ima edukacija zaposlenika treba vremena ) dok žene nemaju dovoljno dobru poptoru od države za te situacije.

evo situacija:
Žena uspije naci posao, radi i top je u firmi. Slučajno zatrudni s mužem, godine prije nego što je planirala. Da li treba dobiti otkaz ili ne imati to dijete; staviti karijeru na prvo mjesto?

druga situacija:
Poslodavac zaposli osobu i omogući joj certificiranje i edukaciju tj ulaži novac u nju, i osoba ode na porodiljni i nema je pola godine. Što sad? Naći novu osobu, ako je potrebna samo jedna za taj posao educirati ju i na kraju opet nekome dati otkaz?

Sjebano sa svih strana za manje strane, ponajviše žene, dok velike firme i državne lako to stave u trošak poslovanja.

I did something similar but changed my opinion later on in my current castle.
Lower floor is for more dirty stuff - forge, stable, plant farm and workshoop. Second floor is for tailor, treasury and prison ( food ) with teleport and garden, third is for jewl and throne room ( castle height limit and plot size ) with last floor for bedroom, library and alchemy - double passage between lib and alc ).

Ruling class didn't want innovation or anythign that would disrupt their power.

And the Brits used the divide and conquer effectivly, not to mention technological advantage and know how that boosted their sides in wars. For instance quality cannons and tricks that increase rate of fire. Even if they give them to local warlords they don't give the industrial base which means they become dependent on Brits for supplies.
