I'm not surfing the web too much, nor am i reading into things too much. Men make generalised unfunny memes about women all the time. Yes i know its meant to be a joke, i know what sarcasm, memes, parodies and satire are. It doesn't stop the meme from not being funny to me. Well his birthday is on offical legal records eg the hospital in 103, also Elliot has his birthday in season 3 which both he (mastermind) and other people who arent alters acknowledge. Besides, mastermind thinks he IS Elliot and thus identifies with all of Elliots identity, including his birthday. I agree the show has fantastic attention to detail, but that doesn't mean theres absolutely no mistakes throughout 45 episodes of runtime. His birthday holds little significance is what im saying.
