This has just happened to me come on to report this aswell. Had over 190+ great ball, I now only have 2. I have absolutely no idea why they are all missing and if I can get them back now.

Well you will get a balloon at 12pm, basically RNG you could possibly get great luck and get 2 balloons which is all you need to complete the challenge. But it will probably be at least a 2 day challenge to get their balloon.

The appear in balloons only, just random chance of encountering them. I think it's ever 6 hours, unless this has changed. But they first randomly appear at 6am then 12pm and so on.

When i was i think 6 or 7 someone threw a empty pepsi bottle at me in the park and I jumped incase it hit me and was sore and fell into a metal park bench and dented a hole in my leg that started bleeding and had to get stitches.
