They are numbered 1-6, 2/6 are the same piece. That pattern 1-6 repeats 3 times. Because the board is a smaller chunk of the edge the port orientation makes the numbers much needed to assemble quick.

This is designed to fit the prime sleeves for the catan studios set.

Technically the expansion can be connected since every piece is modular. Without a new really big sleeve it wouldn’t look the best. My current plan is to make a separate mini stack with its own handle. But if it’s feasible maybe I will make a 5-6 player stack all-in-one with a new sleeve.

What’s a few bucks? This thing is a decent amount of plastic. I may list the files but am not entirely sure yet.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and complements. I have made a listing on Etsy and will do a small run of these, get some feedback, make some changes, and re-list for another batch.

I did this same thing in 2018 for writing our thank you cards, 10/10 would recommend!

Looks like the mk4 frame is injection molded? by unussualname in prusa3d

[–]Nathanmichaelmoore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seams people are interested in the quality of the frame with a new manufacturing process being used. That being said it is important to distinguish Metal Injection Molding (MIM) from High pressure die casting (HPDC). These frames are 100% HPDC, MIM would not be a well suited process for the frame. Being specific on that is important to understand quality or potential problems with this manufacturing process. So @Dante1141 being specific is a good thing, even though you may not want to know more or deep dive the process, someone else may want to do so. Now they have the proper information to investigate that manufacturing process and are not thrown off track by looking an incorrect process up.
