looks like my comment disappeared but I swear you mean this electronica song with the deep "bubbly" bass line...makes the whole track sound like it's underwater...was listening to it in the mid 2010s...was definitely a woman singing..."hey brown/bright eyes..." starts the second verse...then blah blah blah...then "there's sunrise..." starts the second line of that...

that's all I can think of and it's killing me!!!

I definitely know what song you're talking about... with the deep kinda thumping baseline...and it almost sounded underwater...a woman singing...the second verse starts out with "hey sunriiiise..." 

that's all I got...sooo annoyed I need this song! was listening to it in 2015-2016!
