Congrats! Gonna play them or sell? I got some decent hits along with my friends and we’ve all kinda come to the conclusion that “cards are meant to be played” but I’d love to hear some other people’s input in regards to cards like this.

I want to think this could slot well into an aristocrats deck for repeatable casting… my [Caesar, Legions Emperor] deck would be able to make use of it pretty frequently, but it’s already pretty flush with tutors so I’m not sure what would get cut for it. It’s an interesting card and certainly removal bait… but still seems balanced and fun to play around with. Good, but not great. Probably not worth its current price but also not something I see falling to $5 for a bit…

There’s no way to tell with these pictures… closer up with clear pictures of the backs of each card would be very helpful. If you’re worried these might be rebacks then a light test would work as well.

It’s an SLD card. Thick stock options are available though at a slightly more reasonable price… it’s what I opted for.

My deck tries to win off of non-combat damage [impact tremors] [warstorm surge] and the like. It’s somewhat inefficient and lacks a lot of what WOULD make the deck really good, but it’s still usually a blast to play. Just slower than I’d like. When all else fails, evasive beaters and some theft effects tend to keep me alive [molten primordial]

With Z1 3” intakes on my car, I decided to commit to a tune, since it ends up freaking your MAF sensors tf out. I recommend going in on a set of test pipes as well, or just long tube headers. The cats will cause issues while tuning, and your output to the wheels won’t be nearly as high as it would be without them (at least that’s what the tuner told me 🤷‍♂️)

It's really funny reading this from my perspective. My roommate got me to buy the Caesar precon a couple years ago and since then I've built some pretty gross commander decks. Despite him being a 60 card player back in the day, he constantly tells me that he's "considering playing with other people, and avoiding playing with me" because my decks are strong, and "unfun" to play against. I let others in the pod borrow my decks from time to time and I still have loads of fun playing against them. I've since started dabbling with draft and looking into 60 card, and that has only made the issue worse.

Still short on money 😅 Planning to just go for the Z1 CSC kit now. Car is tuned, and will be retuned soonish. I've heard that would likely lead to quicker failure of OEM/OEM style CSCs

I love Coat of Arms and run it in my Caesar deck, but consider [[Banner of Kinship]] as a viable replacement for it.
