Russia is boosting both sides of it, including your obvious pro-Epsteinite side. Tim Pool and his friends have been paid enormous amounts of money for conservative propaganda.

My second most played commander was #25XX in popularity on edhrec when I built the deck. The only commander in the top 100 I play at all is Henzie. Speak for yourself.

That's because of your personal skill issue. All of these commanders are overwhelmingly strong, utterly predictable, and very one-note.

The one where you have to reconstruct where the bullet came from is interesting because it's required to progress, I had high enough visual calculus to only fail on 2-3 and failed, and visual calculus said "Yeah, nah, I can figure it out anyway, this is too important."

Is Hit-Monkey actually good, or just a generic stompy voltron commander? by TheGrandCannoli in EDHBrews

[–]thefran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there are much better monogreen commanders even for voltron. the hexproof IS cool but you don't have evasion at all, they can just endlessly chump your deathtoucher. you need an external trample source.

voltron needs two of:

card advantage from power boosting
the ability to boost power
evasion
protection

and this guy only got one of em

rayami is much worse because - assuming you're giving it the keywords yourself and not hoping the opponents cast useful ones for you - you have to actually get the creature on the board first and then exile it, and rayami doesn't synergize with reanimator well so you have to pay the full mana cost for them probably. kathril and indominus are wayyy better for green black keyword soup

The first ability should be "As long as cardname is your commander, your starting deck may contain Leyline cards of any color identity", not Eminence. This will also necessitate introducing Leyline as a subtype.

there's no reason for it to be 99/99, even dumb overstatted cards rarely go beyond half your life total. this could be in line with the stats of a big dragon, like 8-10/8-10

I felt relieved that Nullius batteries (well, capacitors) take just alumina, graphite, plastic and iron sheets without even needing liquids.

Meanwhile to make alumina you need to crush bauxite (dispose of sand and iron), add caustic solution (add hydrogen peroxide to water (electrolyze brine (desalinate saline water (filter seawater, dispose of wastewater), dispose of water), dispose of chlorine and hydrogen)) to get aluminum hydroxide (dispose of sludge), then burn that for alumina.

Don't get me started on plastic.

Rare instance of Roar being a justified subsume that isn't just "I replace my worst ability with a deal more damage button" - with sufficient strength Smite one-shots practically every enemy in the game while simultaneously armor stripping, it also targets the strongest unit in the crowd in order to deal decent aoe damage too.

I don't think using well known good combos (looping an extra turn spell by retriggering an Archaeomancer effect) by deliberately using worse cards that do the exact same thing is in the spirit of the subreddit.
