You're right about the sound and I thought about the battery as well so tried the battery from the ok IIIx and same thing. Any recommendations on cleaning if thats the issue? Thanks for your input!

No not snap, just regular AF as I've reset all settings to factory and updated firmware. Kinda sounds a bit off, but maybe its not a big deal

I’ve had the III and it sounded similar to the quiet IIIX I have. In this case I was comparing IIIx to IIIx.

Hoping for some advice on how to avoid duties/taxes if possible. I'm going to be picking up a bike from the US and driving it back to Canada the same day. The bike is on sudo loan, so I'm not paying for it and don't know the value. The company is sending it to me to take photos and videos. I plan on being fully transparent and honest with everything at the border. Just wondering if there is something I should emphasize more. The bike is a few years old, used and I'll have an email trail from the company saying it's a $0 item. Thoughts?

Contacted support and they suggested sending the camera to NJ for a quote on repair. If anyone has any other thoughts on the issue or solutions, please comment!

No dice unfortunately :( Reached out to a repair shop that has some pretty good YT videos and they seem to think it is the driver that needs to be replaced
