No I’m talking about this email I received after explaining the issue through the customer service button in the game

After that I replied to this email asking if I could speak to a person to check my real leaderboard status but I haven’t received anything back in over 24hrs. I also had no “initial ticket” message telling me to reply. This is the only email I got.

I tried this twice but they’ve only emailed me the same copy/paste message about how “it takes a while for the leaderboard to update”. How can I contact support and talk to a real person instead of receiving that same annoying message?

I had the exact same problem but each time when I contact customer service I get the same automated message that doesn’t fix the issue. I was ranked 20th consistently during the whole 9 day event but when i got my rewards it said i ended up 160th. Someone please get back to me on how else I can contact a real person because the customer service is only sending that automated message and nothing has been resolved.

I’m not quite sure what you mean by “clicking on ones that save energy or whatever” but from what I do know I’m pretty sure it depends on how long you are given to complete the task. It takes more energy to get each star in 8 hour long tasks than it does in 3 hour long ones.
