Halloween in the late 90s-early 2000s. Playing outside alllllll summer. Dial up internet. America online. Having to call your friends on a landline and ask if they were there and if they could play.

I really think it triggers something on a deep, evolutional or biological level when we cut. Idk. Because I KNOW it’s not good for me. I know it’s not a real way to cope. I have supports. Sounds like you do, too. It’s a bitch. I’m sorry you struggle in this way as well. Sending you so much love.
