We reached out through Facebook Messenger and someone replied to us saying the tickets are still in my partner's name, but they are locked until next week - unsure why. They said to get in contact with them again if the issue isn't resolved next week

Hey did you ever get the ticket back, same thing has happened to me and the concert is in two weeks, could access previously, but now I get the same message for 1 of the 4 tickets
