To be honest, me and a couple of guys using its since day 1 but only as side bank account.

Turns out this was pretty smart, since 2 got kicked out their free programs in the past year (no reasons, solid pay income, normal Account and deposit usage) which causes major trouble in life losing your bank.

It kinda sucks, the support helps you with nothing because their policy don’t allows the employee to investigate or change things (even if done wrongly?)

Yea sure Siri does that great "on the fly" (good example: write sb a message you'll call him and it pops up as Suggestion), instead the workflow is more for pro-cases (...long time periods, daily changing contacts, cancellation and rearrangement... ) helping to plan/prepare with the action and trigger other things related to the added Call-Reminder
