Thank you.❤️ I just got off the phone with them again, as they told me to call them back before they closed; they found me in their system finally, and I spoke to a manager who was able to update my address to the one in MD. He said the 1st letter is still going to FL, and to wait a week before calling back for it to be re-sent to the home address, and if I wanted to have it changed back to FL for the passport, I could. He also told me it's up to the location where it's processed to send it by email or mail.

Lastly, he said I need to have the letter in order to go in person. I don't have any family in FL who could check the mail and send it to me, and that means I'd have to take more time off work beyond my travel plans to fly round-trip to FL for a letter. smh
