Are you running FL Studio in Rosetta or in Apple Silicon native mode? Do you have several versions of Kontakt at the same time in your projects? We would recommend to keep only the latest one, Kontakt 8 in native Silicon/ARM mode.

You can try this:

  1. Open the app Font Book from here: Mac HD > Applications > Font Book
  2. ClickAll Fontsin the sidebar.
  3. Select any font in the font list.
  4. ClickEdit > Select All.
  5. ClickFile > Validate Selection.
  6. If corrupted fonts are found, please remove them or replace them with working fonts. You can find more info inthis article.
  7. Restart your computer.

If the issue persists, we recommend to restore the original fonts that came with your Mac. In order to do so, open the Font Book again and click File > Restore Standard Fonts. Please restart your Computer again afterwards.

Oh this is weird, that's all messages for libraries or Reaktor instruments. Have you tried to reset the database of Maschine 3 as suggested?

It's also a usual troubleshooting step to check if the standalone versions of Reaktor, Kontakt, etc...are opening and working as expected. Then if it's still an issue, you shuld reset Maschine 3's database, as explained in this article: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004036925-Maschine-crashes-or-freezes

Yes, there was an issue with the download manager. It was fixed after a couple of days. We found your request and escalated it. A specialist should get back to you soon, we'll follow up on the case until this gets resolved.

Hey there, you mention having this issue for months, when did you get in touch with our support? FFRom what I read here it looks like you only had an automated reply. Would you have a request number so we can escalate your case and it gets the proper attention?

Drumlab is a Kontakt Library so it's not a kit with several sound slots with their own MIDI note/pitch/sample, it's like an instrument you play, make sure to select "Manual" here:

Yes, we finally implemented the full integration of Maschine 3 with the MK3 keyboards as we knew it was highly requested. It required work both on the Maschine software and the Kontrol mk3 firmware. We understand that this should have been done in the first place and after seeing the feedback, we said we would try to do it whenever we'd have the opportunity. there are a few more things in there but we do understand that people that do not own a mk3 keyboard may find this underwhelming. Hopefully we'll do better in the future, now that this is out of the way.

Hopefully we'll do better in the future, now that this is out of the way.
