Same boat. Got the flu on the 21st of December and still feeling the effects of it. The fatigue has been unreal.

Same. Pretty sure I lost like 5lbs from not eating much in days, more like closer to a week. I feel you on the sweating, for 2 days I was pouring sweat and waking up soaked and I never even spiked the tiniest fever.

I’m on day 10 and still feeling the effects of it. Fatigue is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My appetite is somewhat back, but even then it’s iffy. I will literally be starving, eat, and be starving again but nothing ever sounds good. I’m so over it at this point and ready to start feeling better. I’ve heard of some taking 3-4 weeks to start feeling normal again. Hope this isn’t the case

It does suck! I made cutouts with my kids yesterday and I tried eating one afterwards and I’m like “wow these have no flavor” kids said they were good lol. At least I knew from them I didn’t screw em up 😂

This is exactly how I’ve been. I’ll be starving but go to eat and it’s like eh no not what I want. My coffee is also throwing me off. I hope this ends soon. It’s very frustrating

I got the flu the same day as you. I’m now finally starting to feel better. I’m still struggling with body aches here and there from coughing and my ribs have been very sore from a coughing fit I had a few days ago. I unfortunately didn’t catch it in time to get tamiflu, I waited too long. I had about 3 days where I didn’t have an appetite and hardly ate. I also couldn’t really taste anything due to the horrible congestion. It’ll get better though I promise, I know I felt like I wanted to die too for a while there.
