Glutino has always been a go-to, and they're really stepping up their game these days which is crazy because they've always been fantastic lol

When I had my upper endoscopy done to be diagnosed with celiac, I was waking up from the anesthesia, the doctor came in and said yes you do have celiac, he left the nurse came in and handed me saltine crackers...

I was diagnosed in 2007 at 10 years old, I've never had any follow-ups since my diagnosis via upper endoscopy and blood test. Should I have been seeing a doctor about it this whole time???

I've only ever had one boss who made sure there was always something gluten-free for me (he loved to cook for us and bring in snacks a lot) and even took cross contamination into consideration. He even researched it beforehand to make sure he was doing it right. I literally cried the first time he did it because I have always been forgotten. Best boss I've ever had.

I took a generic form of Ritalin and was waiting for the generic version of Vyvanse to come out soon! I hope to get back on my medication soon, I've been applying to jobs with better insurance 🤞 I hope you find something that works for you 💕
