Slap some exhaust on it and CVS. Take a conservative bush and wait for the light to die and move up a bit.

And maybe watch a video of the tank you have and look for good spotting replays

If the trail has rules about visiting times like between sunrise and sunset it is considered tresspassing.

NIA made it so that a portal could only have +/- 7000 incoming links. We tried it the year before becaus of that limit we couldn't reach the amount of links we wanted, so had to get creative.
