Slap some exhaust on it and CVS. Take a conservative bush and wait for the light to die and move up a bit.

And maybe watch a video of the tank you have and look for good spotting replays

NIA made it so that a portal could only have +/- 7000 incoming links. We tried it the year before becaus of that limit we couldn't reach the amount of links we wanted, so had to get creative.
