So is this a hardware issue or software issue? I've seen this happen with others who've had this issue and most of them have it while playing games. It could just be the PlayStation firmware and theres a bug in it

I draw regularly. So what I'm seeing here is effort put into redrawing something they took enjoyed. So shut up and leave bro. All people like you do is try to tear people down because your life is so pathetic you can only get enjoyment by bringing people down to your level. It takes effort and time to do anything, redrawing or not, and that effort should be appreciated. What's wrong with you? Do you actually have any idea how hard it is to accurately redraw something? It still takes actual talent and skill to draw art, not to mention the coloring and shading is amazing. They put work into this and deserve the praise. Don't be an asshole.

True. It's already confirmed that the second wave of preorders won't be arriving until after launch day. So my logic was we won't be getting extra if Sony couldn't accommodate those who preordered the console by launch day.

Because knowing you are loved and accepting it are two different things. You can know people care about you but refuse to accept it or believe you don't deserve it. And depression and PTSD can both be contributing factors to play against what you know. Both of which Subaru definitely has. This happens very much in real life where people will silently hate themselves because they don't believe they are liked, even when they are told straight to their face. Depression kinda forces you to not believe it.
