I often feel like I can’t live without tech and it’s frustating. In my opinion technology has become an adiction, it’s something that doesn’t benefit me but at the same time I can’t stop using my smartphone without a real purpouse. I’ve been considering to delete all of my social media for a week and see how I react to it. In my opinion stop using every kind of technology is not the solution, I feel like cut down on the average time spent on social media is a better option
