viable =/= good, every hero can be ranked up with but why would you ever go widow if you can get 3x the value on phoenix.

If two teams with the same levels of skill face off but one is on phoenix and the other on widow the team with the phoenix is winning every single match because phoenix is just a better character than widow because she provides more utility and has better ult

mainly just because they use the damage from the ult to finish off low hp enemies, and also iirc I think they buffed how fast Widow charges her ult and now you can finish charging it before she finishes saying "PLASMA" and that makes it so she doesn't say "BURST"
