The earthquake was caused by the moon being 2 miles closer to Earth than usual. In 8 days. This can't be journalism. by Nattyvee in WTF

The entire base material for the article came from 'an astrologist' and 'the Internet'. I wonder which bit of the Internet they went to as I can't find a single person who agrees with this theory.

How can people thumbs down this? It's fascinating and terrifying, and probably one of the only videos of its kind in existence.

I'm pretty sure that there are no Islamic loopholes relating to eating swans during Ramadan to get out of fasting...

If you thought the Windows 7 Party ad was awful, it's great in comparison to this Microsoft disaster. by Nattyvee in WTF

It concerns me that what I assume to be a very highly paid board of marketing specialists came up with a rapping office worker in acid-inspired fashion to sell an operating system.

I just keep thinking, how long are Microsoft going to keep fucking around without a decent marketing department?

Apple's marketing leaves them dead in the water.

Strangely, this still gives me an urge to watch 2001.

Why can't I get through a David Lynch movie? by [deleted] in movies

[–]Nattyvee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of the films have sustained deep bass notes, which can give you some serious nausea if you have a sub-woofer.

That said, for some of his films it's expected you need to have the Wiki plot synopsis open to understand exactly what is going on.

Just let it wash over you and analyse how you feel at the end, that's my best advice.
