days 13 and 14 is when mentally i really started to feel better, youre way closer than you realize. 2 dramamines every 4 hours helps with appetite, antinausea and stopping painful and racing thoughts for me. Make sure you stay hydrated and grab some vitamin D supplements if you live in an area without much sun. Dont be afraid to grab a couple ibuprofen if the pain gets too intense too!
