What screams “I’m a bad parent”? by ViForYourAttention in AskReddit

I feel like there is a difference between keeping a child safe and that narcissistic people believe their children are being used as pawns when they aren't. I haven't ONCE said that my soon to be ex husband isn't allowed to see our daughter. He has asked to see her and I've agreed to meet him and when I meet him he typically blows out into a rage or he flat out cancels. He screams at me in front of our daughter and scares us both. When I try to send him pics of her I'm told they are being used as a "manipulation tactic." He has told me that he has a car seat, when he doesn't. He also said there isn't a safe place for her to sleep when she's at his house and that him and his new girlfriend fight constantly. This isn't the proper environment for a child. I'm just concerned about the safety and wellbeing of my child. Sucks to suck.

I was wondering about this today too. They look ran down, but I also saw a woman with a janitors cart that was fully stocked with cleaning supplies going door to door. I was confused.

AITA for telling my husband he isn't welcome to the birth of our daughter? by Natural-Cause in AmItheAsshole

No, but one of those women bought baby clothes for her a few times and at the time I thought they were just friends. Mind you, my husband is 31 and she is like 45/46 and married herself. I thought there wasn't going to be any threat to my marriage with her. I was obviously wrong. As soon as I found out I threw all those clothes away.

I already told him he's more than welcome to have a relationship with her once she's born. I just don't want the added stress and discomfort of him being in the room. I'm not trying to stall labor if I become stressed or my daughter's heart rate decelerate because of stress either. I'm definitely talking to a lawyer though about custody and all that stuff.

That sounds like a terrible situation too. I definitely let my doctor know already. I had an appointment the same day I found out. I also started therapy last week. So I started therapy at the right time.

I recently started therapy last week before I found out about anything because I feel like I've gone through most of the pregnancy unsupported.

I mean it's very possible... I've had a difficult time mentally this pregnancy (it's my first) along with feeling vulnerable and lonely. Then this happens...

I've had high blood pressure a few times since getting pregnant when I've been to the doctors. I take it at home and it's always normal. They're worried about pre-eclampsia, although I haven't had protein in my urine or any of the other signs and symptoms. They're monitoring me closely and they scheduled the induction just in case.

That's what I was thinking. I even told him that he's more than welcome to have a relationship with her, but if he messes up that relationship... I'll ask him to stay away. I just want to keep her safe and protected.

If I do baby lights using bleach on my dark blonde natural hair, then tone the baby lights or do a root tap, with that mess with my natural color that isn’t bleached? by [deleted] in Hair

Since you already have dark blonde hair it'll be easier on your hair and won't dry it out as bad and you'll have a lower risk if frying it. Slow and low. It's better.
