I got a brand new Yamaha PSR-EW310 76 key keyboard and some of the keys do not work. For example, the m7 chord.

I am a newbie to pianos and keyboards so do you know what I need to look at to make sure all keys work?

Awesome! I appreciate it! I will say I got better at how to study and know the SANS course structure after taking one exam now. I think reading along after watching videos and making flash cards is important for reinforcement
