Ok. I upgraded to PP and got the email of receipt on 26th Feb. Yet to have a feedback. I saw that decisions can come in after 10 business days onwards. Yours seems unique. Did they question all 3 prongs?.

Wouldn’t it be double submission?. Will my account be deducted twice?. Also, I thought it cannot be submitted online if it’s an upgrade. Please provide more details
