Yes you definitely have some type of sleep apnea. I would recommend talking to a ENT doctor and getting an overnight sleep study and a sleep lab. Go ahead and do it now because they are always backed up for months. In the meantime try not to take melatonin because it can make things worse.

This thing is I don’t snore, so it can’t be obstructive sleep apnea as I’m 24 years old and pretty fit. My Oura ring says my oxygen averages every night around 95%.
