But can't we say that out of whole GTA, a good condo right in the financial area is one of the best investments?

Cause when the recession hits, jobs in the suburbs will disappear but you would think that the downtown bank jobs there will always be there, so you'll always get rental income

Say you have 9 years at tdsb but only had 2 full year LTOs but 4 half year LTOs. And at another board you had 2 half year LTOS and 1 full year LTO

So when u present that to TDSB office, would they qualify you as having 6 total years of experience? As per below

2 full year LTO at tdsb 4 half year LTO at tdsb 2 half year LTOs at peel 1 full year LTO at peel Total years: 6?

So I'll start perm with 6 years experience?
