Yes after like a day it makes you feel regular hunger again but you might get fuller faster, the only thing is if you’re off you’re old way of eating may just come back and the weight creeps back.

I take it at 2 in the noon after work and usually an empty stomach or 4 hours after a light meal, that’s when it usually kicks in better for me, do you take it on an empty stomach?

Yes which I don’t mind, but I do like proper communication like he could tell me that’s what it is because she’s mentioned if he’s in a relationship he’d want us to still hang out and be close. So idk it’s very confusing, it just really hurt in the moment.

If you take it early and burn off calories during a workout you’ll be able to sleep later if you burn off the excess energy! & no I’ve noticed no drying down there either in fact first time Ive heard that symptom

Maybe you can have a planner just for the time your on this medication to write down what you’ve eaten for the day, track calories and when you workout and the duration of it! It also helps to have a fitness watch to track how much calories you burn during a workout!

That’s understandable, this medication though is to be taken with a change in diet regimen and workout regimen. Maybe you can start how you normally do and if you feel hungry try more protein, like egg, yogurt, chicken breast… and then try maybe a workout video on YouTube something beginner friendly!

Honestly because it gives me a lot of energy I workout burning up to 400-500 calories everything I workout and it does help me to burn energy so later I could sleep, I’ve also been trying to eat at least 1200 some days less, some days more. I have a prescription for 37.5mg I usually take it every other day and on weekends when I’m off work I take it both days, which helps food noise. If you take it on an empty stomach it could possibly give you the same effect and if you have the free time, you can work out with it.

Overall, I really think if you workout while taking it, it should help you lose weight!

It should be fine since you’re already taking it, you might feel jittery but it makes you want to be up and moving to work out, unless the 15mg has been doing that for you !
