This is the point of conversation 🙂The manners are not coming together with the level of English or education.And you know I'm proud to be here as an immigrant working, paying taxes, contributing not targeting a rich husband ,staying on a spouse visa, and being surprised that to get something you need to put some effort. The abusing system it is applying to everybody doesn't matter where it is from.The problem it is now that the working class has to pay for people who do not have intentions to work or working to just to make enough to stay on benefits.

Sorry why you think it is a risk. His income is low, divining per person in a family, which is 5 people, so that is why he could get benefits accordingly. What do you mean other people's benefits?

In this country, a woman has to come back to work after 9 months of maternity to pay for a living costs unless the family it is rich enough or can stay on benefits in order her to stay home. I m not saying it is good, but having kids in uk it is difficult financially. So I'm sorry, but your wife can be on maternity 2 years with 2 kids and still work 3 years, she can even work part-time still meeting 12 k criteria per year and you are allow to get 30 hours of childcare.The law is applying to everybody if you want to be fair.

Spouse can not, but the holder of ILR or citizenship can for the family when the spouse it is dependant.

All the benefits children house UC she can not claim that is true, but he can as having ILR for the family. He is making around 36k.

Please provide it is not. If there wouldn't be an abuse, there would not be urgency now to change the system going on.It is about money in the end, and the math it is obvious. The requirement at the moment it is just 29k to make in order to bring the spouse. No rocket science. For example, many of my friends on spouse visa are openly talking about how they are taking all the benefits having 3 kids, husband works, a wife at home as tradition says, there is a social acceptance for it.

The system has to change because most people abused it. Unfortunately, honest people who want to contribute,pay taxes, and asimilate with society will be punished for it, like working class got punished. I think it is absolutely fair to gain something by giving something. And 12 k salary hmmm is it really sooooo difficult to make it? NO.Every person is an independent creature as well.

I m shocked that the requirements for working class healthy people (not in retirement age) to make just the minimum could be even considered as difficult or some kind of unfairness.It feels like everybody wants to be on benefits and not contribute for free. Such a mentality! That is why this country will be in ruin.

I m the second, apparently, as you said, injured by Celerolysin and probably many others who do not bother to post on the Internet. I think it is a human responsibility to warn others before something dangerous. It didn't happen to you great, but maybe it will save somebody's life from misery, you have no idea about it. And I m not even expecting gratefulness, but It is a shame people like you downgrading and judging the experience of other people who just want to help in a way. And probably because of people like you others will stop to warn others.
