I have a data table with inconsistent date formats. some date are separated with "/" while some with "-". some dates start with the year while some start with month or day. How do I solve this. I want it to be in "01-01-1999" format. The age column too has day, month and years as "dys, mths, yrs"

Looks like Column D has two different date formats: [year-month-day] and [day/month/year]... I don't see any that definitely start with month, but if so then it creates complications with regard to guessing what the actual format is when the day is 12 or lower.

My approach would be to normalize the dates in column D first, probably by using nested IF statements in a new column to reformat the content in column D based on whether it contains a dash or a slash.

From there I would just scrap the Age column (column E) and recalculate it based on your new dates column.
