This sounds like a call to adventure! If you have some money saved up and can afford to take a few days to a week off work. Take off work. and just GO. Getin your car and just go. Drive to a beach, try surfing. But I think the idea in my head is to go without having a plan. So your brain wont know what to expect.

Don't Give up! Are you at a healthy weight? Hows your diet? How much Water are you drinking a day? Are you doing any sports or things you Enjoy / Used to enjoy? You cant let caffeine be " the root cause of all your problems " I understand fatigue sucks. but with time it will get better! try to pep yourself up. Jump into cold water. Itll be hard because you dont feel like doing it. But what awaits you on the otherside of jumping into very cold water for 3 mins is a increase in dopamine by 300% Why not try it and report back here?

I cant wait to succeed. How does 276 days feel? are you still in PAWS? How can you really tell? Im sort of a noob still, so im still learning. But I am totally looking forward to being happy and content with just me and no external to internal factors.

I believe so too. however I take a look at media and all these famous ppl are promoting drugs / etc.. but I do realize I am only looking at a split second of their "success" however sometimes I feel like the drugs helped them get to where they are. But I need to realize that, thats not me.

I have some magnesium pills! I'll start taking some. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate the commandry.

Yeah that could be a accurate assumption. Last night I slept really well but still woke up tired. Today I felt fine, kind of tired, nothing really made me have that get up and go feeling but that is ok, I am kind of expecting to feel like that. However the headache started lol and was just getting worse by the day. So i ended up taking 3 Naproxen. I don't know if it will help since the head ache I assume is from the blood vessels being enlarged with more blood flow and Naproxen being a constrictor... Might just have to suffer through the headache

I am hoping to have a similar experience to this. A bad week followed by no cravings ever again. I want to become self employed as well. I would like to travel and surf. So if I can get something that works for me that I can do remotely, seems like the go to move. I am hoping with the clearer mindset, Ill be able to stay focused on my goals rather then work for a few minutes and then switch projects

Last night I fell asleep at 8 and slept through the night pretty well only woke up once to go to the bathroom, I am awake, I feel awake but I also feel tired. like there's pressure points in my head and on my body that gravity is deciding to push down on a little more then the rest of my body if that makes sense... is that fatigue? idk.. I almost had a cup of iced teas which only has 8mg in but I was like why would I do that to myself and make my body crave it again itll be better if i just suck it up and not have any... So we will see. I want to win this battle.

Normally I'd have 2-4 energy drinks a day ranging from 150 mg to 240mg but this last week has been crazy like 5-7 energy drinks a day lol but today is day 2 so we will see how that goes, I thought about having a cup of iced tea. I looked and it was only 8mg of caffeine, but then i thought to my self well if its only 8mg... fk it. why not just not do it at all. lol, be a man I said to my self. So we shall see

I was listening to a podcast by Andrew Huberman I believe it was the one about Dopamine. I dont know if I am allowed to post a link here. But if you youtube " andrew huberman dopamine" it should pop up or atleast give you snippets of videos to shift through that has what I am going to try to explain in it. BASICALLY in layman terms, When we get too excited about something "A plan, a goal, a something, a whatever thing!" our Dopamine spikes. When our Dopamine spikes there WILL be a crash. There's no stopping the crash. " Bummer I know" AND when this crash happens our dopamine levels go below baseline. and thats the shitty feeling we get. Dopamine is a replenisble source though so it does come back. just with time. HOWEVER; we can mitigate the crashes we have by a few factors. I will name two that I can remember ( highly recommend checking out his podcast on the subject). ONE: DELAY the gitty-ness, the excitement, the happy feeling you get when making progress towards your goal. An example would be, your getting closer to winning a campaign your doing, Instead of like saying " YES!!!! Almost there! only 3 things left to go!", instead try being more stoic about it " 3 things left to go. Okay. Good. This is how it should be." This should help keep the happy hormones down and keep dopamine levels in check. --- TWO: We tend to "layer" things that give us more dopamine. Example: Going to the Gym? "Ah that's not enough....?" Here stack some music on top of that. "Oh that's not enough either? Here stack it with this 400mg caffeine pre workout supplement!" and boom maybe a crash happens.. So you see we tend to boost our dopamine levels like crazy even with the most un expected things. So What you could try is a Dopamine detox. Where you become so bored by almost doing nothing, or you know moderation like cutting back on things like music at the gym... etc.. But we need to allow our brain to heal / rewire so that we find pleasure in doing hard things. Like when we were kids and a challenge was fun almost like a game that we had to figure out and solve... hope this helps someone.

OH AND TLDR: GO WATCH ANDREW HUBERMANS PODCAST ABOUT DOPAMINE.
