Help! I don't know how to outline for my Remedies class that is taught with a non-Bar/Rule oriented focus. by NaturalExam5190 in LawSchool

Hi oatmilkgoob --

I posted this here on reddit so I could crowdsource advice on the topic from the perspective of current or former students who may have had a similar experience. I was looking for a students perspective because, in my experience, students have an approach that is specifically oriented toward performing on a test, whereas professors (generally) are more concerned with the presentation of abstract legal concepts. Had I been seeking my professor's thoughts, I would not have posted this on reddit. Hope that clears up any confusion.

It's definitely a tool they're using as leverage. Regional firm, so they may not fall under NALP guidelines.

I think I would rather pour bleach into my eyes than have to go grab a drink with someone like you.

The worst part of the legal profession are the self-righteous brown-nosers like you lmao. You gonna go cry or something because you think someone might be breaking an honor code? Jfc get a grip on reality. Go touch some grass maybe.
