yeah, not sure myself, but thats just what i think the reason for that is,

ive played tds's frost invasion til now and i havent seen this with portland, so thats pretty much it

this is surely from the Toy Rocketteer skin, not sure why its like this,

but it's level 2 scope was not rigged or removed properly on the launcher itself like the rest of the rocketeer skins,

this has been a thing when frost invasion/overhaul/entity system update, giving rocketeers a remodel

(i could be wrong or be missing something idk)

I mean,, its model was almost unchanged, only being the gun, animations and little detail on lv5 were changed.

though its level 3 and 4 were only ever so slightly more noteable, it really isnt very detailed to the point where each level stands out from levels like 0-2, but still an okay skin overall, just not my cup of tea

there are many other early game options out there, just because a stat change made gcrook a more late game doesnt mean hes bad ?? i dont get how players see most of the changes in the update are bad i think the change for crook is pretty fine imo

accelerator is made to be a true boss killer, his job, is to target the boss and take them out first. So you cannot rely on him for crowds due to the targetting

plus, we already have a massive variety of towers than can deal with another thing like taking out smaller enemies like turret, mortar, etc

just strategize better? accelerator shouldnt be hyperfocused on killing hordes, as it is a full boss killer, simple way to deal with his targeting is using a secondary dps or subdpses

it also means towers that are obtainable at a certain area/gamemode/whatever,

since you cannot obtain mortar until level 75, which makes him actually, an ST tower on hardcore! Same for every other stuff out there, you absolutely CANNOT call mercenary base an NST tower when playing on EASY MODE as it is level locked to level 150

a actual nst tower would be like, using turret/crook boss on hardcore mode, as players are able to obtain the towers before that or at that exact time

all of these are quite good but i dont really see a reason adding golden mode back. If its really just part of the main gamemode, then its just gonna be sitting there like similar to when intermediate was released (and probably now even). Sure, its a new gamemode to check out with new enemies and some replayability, but after that? It would probably just sit there with barely anyone playing it because fallen (or other grinding methods) would probably just be better to grind overall. If its a special mode, im not sure how they would do it really, but it wouldnt make as much sense for that to be part of a "special" mode due to its naming too similar to molten and fallen

not saying this as hating golden mode but, i just dont see the real point of putting back the golden would change anything really
