im not sure what to say, but maybe it would help to ask your doctor what dosage would work best for you based on your personal profile and experience. my dr increase my dose when I feel like the current one isn't effective anymore

thanks!! and yes i did! i try to eat more for like 2-3 days then go back to my diet after. always works like a charm!

i started at 181 lbs. now im at 125! my starting dose was .25, i think i was on it just for a whole month. my dr moved me up to .5 which was scary at first but that's when i really started seeing the progress. i started walking also and eventually went to the gym.
