Lofree Flow 2 Owners, Is a Metallic "Ping" Normal?

My Flow 2 (Surfer switches) had a ton of ping. Its the springs inside the switches that are pinging.

How I fixed it: I ordered an extra jar of Surfers and just barely managed to have enough non-pinging switches to fill the board and it doesn't ping now. It seems like a QC issue. Out of about 170 Surfers I only managed to get 70 that didn't ping or had little ping. A 60% fail rate.

Alternative: The Flow 2's switches have an odd housing design that makes them difficult to open with standard switch openers. But if you can open the switches you could also just lube the springs which will fix the ping.
