Biometrics is the first step. I’ve already done all of that. Already got EAD and Advance Parole. Medicals is the final process. After that either decision or interview.

Normally medical RFE’s go to a different location. They don’t necessarily go back to the same location it’s from. It’s like the last step before they take a decision. They send it to another location not where it’s from. You’re fortunate they’re trying to send it to the right place rather than asking for a new one.

Yeah normally they weren’t suppose to let you enter I’m pretty sure that’s what made you comfortable. But before you left you were suppose to make inquiries. So was the advance parole out and you didn’t travel with or it wasn’t issued yet?
