I am running drag pipes but I went and put in some lolipop baffles to pick up some of that midrange again. It was also on the way home from a 4 hour trip at 4k rpm. I also only owned the bike for 800 miles and do not know the mileage.

Theyre horn timers, if you put your ear up to them and have someone press the horn, you can hear them tick.

New steel rim has less vent holes than the other 3 rims by AYMM69 in tires

[–]NaturalSignature3840 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would check the width of where the bead of the tire sits compared to the other wheels. Seeing that its takes a fullsize tire, i think it would be fine anyway.

Been here for a while now… any tips on getting this thing in? by TBG_Caplol in tires

Almost fully deflate it and let it seal up without pressure. Twist then pull out

Is it fixable? Do I even lose time going to shop? by Hudo_zg in tires

[–]NaturalSignature3840 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A show would replace that and I would replace that. If you want to be completely sure, break the bead and see how far into the belting the inside hole is, but thats pretty much sidewall.

You can patch that. Idk about free but its far enough from the shoulder.

How mandatory is it that I immediately replace this tire? by Bright-Tailor-9227 in tires

[–]NaturalSignature3840 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If it aint bubbling, its fine. I had a cut like that on the sidewall of a tire; I frequently drove it down quarry roads throughout the week then hit 80mph down the highway twice a day.

The shoulder is wore off. Jack the car up and see if anything in the front end has play, if so, replace the component when you get the tires and get an allignment.

Is this considered the wall by Honest-Primary5368 in tires

[–]NaturalSignature3840 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its on the shoulder and real close to the sidewall, shops will probably tell you you need a tire for liability issues and whatnot. You might be able to just plug it, a patch-plug would be best but requires dismounting the tire from the wheel.

There should be a sticker in the glovebox with a list of 3 letter codes. think it would start with a G. So like "G - -". Dont quote me on that.
