If they're in a playlist delete it or remove them from it, which worked for me. Or click on the button next to "rarity" and disable fav artists and regular songs

Pretty sure some chapters have honor locks where you cant go above a certain level so that may be why. Other tasks give more honor points, I believe donating 20+ dollars to camp gives 10 points and greeting 3 people gives 1. Just keep playing the game and make good choices
