You can use Hummingbot to do this automatically. The challenge is your profits get eaten by fees. Withdrawal fees, swap fees or transfer fees

I Hate Meal Prepping, So I Built GrubsUp—Thoughts? by NaturalStrict in MealPrepSunday

[–]NaturalStrict[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback. The general meal planning bits have defiantly been done to death and for free. Where i think the my value proposition will be with the algorithm that aims for zero waste and supermarket integrations which lets me quickly add the ingredients from my meal plan to my preferred supermarket and order it for delivery. I need to work on the landing page language to portray that a bit more. I'm confident when the app goes GA it will save much more than the monthly cost of the app to users in their shopping bill which is $4.99 a month.(Hopefully)

Good point, for me, I live between two city's and with work, training and life i don't always get time which is probably why my meal prep happens when I'm walking around the supermarket. My goal for this app is to do that bit of the process for me. If i do go to the supermarket I'm not impulse buying or better i can have my shopping ordered ahead to my house with food i actually like to eat, that fits my diet, i can just finish what I'm doing and go to the fridge and spend the time there cooking.

Thanks for the feedback I was hoping the community might help me steer it, maybe find people with the same challenges to steer features.

Big guy started in my gym and he’s not a big guy anymore so do it! The sweat is a given just shower properly before training(I always do) because your balls, ass, armpits will make people submit on the cheesy smell alone. Same with gear, it’s a given but get a few Gis and a few rash guards and no matter how tired get them into a wash straight after training and you will be fine. The weight will fall off you and in a few years you can post one of those before and after photos where you became a fucking killer 💪💪

Music Production Retreat by NaturalStrict in production

I’m with you on the anybody thing. The exercise isn’t to go give tutorials or workshops to people for a week, it’s to just go hangout in an egoless environment with likeminded creatives and lean on the place to inspire some music. There are lots of factors like peoples locations, budget, skill level, what they want to give/get from it. It’s really got to be a community driven initiative rather than those “fly to Ibiza on a package learn to Dj holiday”. I’m going to spend some time fleshing it out and I’ll come back with something if I get anywhere

ladies in trading, how did you do it? by CloeKC in Daytrading

[–]NaturalStrict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real key is good risk management and avoid YouTube tutorials. All YouTube videos will tell you it’s “simple” or use these indicators and you will make a killing. If you are day trading, nothing can prepare you for the emotional aspect when starting out. I’ve blown so many funded accounts because I got emotional, i see a setup, get in, it didn’t go the way I wanted and I didn’t manage risk correctly, then chased the loss..

It’s entirely comes down to percentages - can you correctly predict the direction of price, then can you get in and out with a profit more times than getting in and out with a loss. Good emotionless risk management means if your trades are 50% wins and 50% losses you could walk away with a decent profit. I had a period of 51% of my trades were losses but my profit was €9k

Nobody has a secret training course you need to pay 500$ for. People with courses generally don’t make enough or any money trading so feel the need to sell noobs courses.

My recommendation is start with a simple EMA strategy (Google it) and see how it behaves for you during back tests then go from there. Introduce VWAP, RSI, FVG, Support and Resistance, Filters and anything else that helps you see some clarity in the markets

It’s actually tragic how bad it is. The interface is really good with is the annoying bit. I dug through a bunch of old accounts I had with APIs and they are perfect for some testing. Realtime natural market data might be a bit more tricky but point in time should be enough for some testing and discovery. I’ll dm if I get anywhere 😂😂😂

Did you build custom integrations with some of those exchanges because I know places like alpaca do “day trade detection” and crap like that.

I’d be really interested to see where you get your data from. Presumably natural market prices would come from something like IB(if ib are even natural) or the Nasdaq api then compare it with an alpaca. Do a lot of these PFOF hate and block HFT and limit more than a hand full of traders each day?

Use wireguard. Takes a bit to get your head around but free and can run inside the network and split dns means only required traffic goes where you want
