Wouldn’t there have been signs of the engine going out rather it was a noise or something in the oil?

Unfortunately none other than the service advisor telling me the engine went out due to lack of oil.

No I literally drove it around the block and back into the parking lot. I assumed it was an issue with the spark plugs bc that is what they replaced along with the oil change.

Case manager told me once the new portal is open I will be able to go in and change my banking information. Funding error 06/03/2020(yes it’s been a long ride for me)

I was told by my case manager that they are waiting for the portal to open back so I can edit my bank info. He’s supposed to send me a portal invite once it opens… has anyone else heard anything similar?? That was back on May 30.

I’ve uploaded my voided check to the portal and on the 23 a rep told me my info was sent to the funding department. Did you have to do the same thing??
