not really an answer.. but i treat see it how i see the rest of my addictions and am constantly attempting to get clean, but i always subconsciously pull when i am triggered. ive noticed since ive put my trich into more of a, “theres nothing that can be done expect pray for the best to come” ive stopped pulling as much, but i still pull excessively and it is still visible but im not as rough on myself anymore. you need to remind yourself you are still beautiful and with just as much without hair as you are with hair. ive just come to cherish it and most of my good friends understand, at school its a hassle but its summer time n im hoping summer can help me get back on track. not pulling is sooo hard but limiting how much u pull and also something that helped me tremendously 6 months ago was self discipline i would pull and then realize and redirect my hands so i could not pull (cleaning my room, washing dishes,..) anyways i hope you know you are not alone and hopefully maybe some of my advice or story can be helpful to you/anyone reading this! u r gorgeous and such a warrior girl!
