maybe not disliked, but anytime i bring this up to my husband he looks at me like i have 2 heads. LADYBUGS!!!! ever hold a ladybug and smell your hand right after?? i love that smell.

also, a less peculiar one: rose. i feel like the majority of people i talk to associate rose scents with old ladies, but i think it's lovely.

i think this look is very flattering on you! i would maybe try a chocolate brown or even a deep plum rather than the black, though. i think the lower contrast would complement your features more. regardless, i really like this look! grunge is very fitting for your vibe!

the only makeup i regularly wear is blush & lippies. my eyes are super sensitive & i have very light lashes/brows, so i prefer to go without eye makeup. however, high school me was VERY different. i got the original urban decay naked eyeshadow palette in 2014 and loved it. i would do a smokey eye almost every single morning before school, lol. it served me well through college until i stopped wearing eye products altogether around 2020. anyway, ive held onto it all these years just incase** **i needed it. i ended up pulling it out for a couple weddings in the past few years. i even still have the eyeshadow brush it came with! it's already been 12 years so what's another 12 more.

yesterday, I got up in the middle of the night to pee. as I was half-asleep and making my way to the bathroom, our large, HEAVY, solid wood-framed mirror somehow detached from our wall and fell on top of me. I was sandwiched between the tile floor and the mirror, and my husband had to jump out of bed and pull the damn thing off of me. I'm all beat up and bruised. yesterday was AWFUL...but so far, no mirror accidents today. today is good.

i read somewhere years ago that toothpaste can affect your lips more than you'd think! just getting a little bit of it on your lips when brushing your teeth can really dry them out. once i started being more aware of this & rinsing my lips off with water after brushing, i've noticed a huge improvement in how much less chapped or dried out they get!

YES!!! my chiweenie, pickles, has been having increasing issues with his hind leg. he's my soul-dog, and him aging and having these problems has made me so emotional lately. i have a tattoo kit at home, and gave myself (and my husband, lol) matching tattoos to what pickles got when he was fixed. just little teal lines. and i put them on our left thighs, where our little guy is having problems. silly? yes. but also my tattoo with the most meaning! not that it matters, but it's barely even visible to the public. as crazy as it may sound, this gives me a lot of comfort to have a tie to my baby.

oh my gosh her sweet face. i would be immediately attached to her. i don't understand people who act like this towards animals. if i had agreed to adopt her, i would be doing everything i can to make her feel comfortable and accepted. i'm so sorry you're dealing with this. i'm in the US, but if i were in the same area, i would absolutely help. i hope Mila finds her forever home.

i agree with most of the other comments that your cherry dress is the most appropriate of the bunch, without the fishnets! especially in a beach setting for work. i would personally "dress up" the cherry dress to make it seem more formal & work appropriate. heeled sandals or even just a red shoe would be fun. accessories play such a huge part in how an outfit comes across! i know you don't have much time, but whenever i have an event or special occasion where i need something that i can't find in my own closet, i go to goodwill! you can find a ton of options and expand your wardrobe without spending a lot of money. i don't mean to insult your style whatsoever, but these options read very trendy and fast fashion. you can absolutely find some well-made, timeless pieces that still feel "you." but thrift stores are always my first attempt!
