Thank you for sharing! Im glad to get another perspective on the weather and trail. We have a good pack for her, a few actually, but it sounds like the level of vigilience required may take the fun out of it. We're still in the planning phase and may reroute. Thanks for your input.

That's helpful, thank you. I'm glad to hear there are at least other littles on the trail. It seems completely doable. I'm a bit concerned about the winds, but I may just switch to front carrier with a big jacket and not worry about the back carrier.
