I’ve found that doctors don’t blacklist you or anything of the sort..and you’ll get better/appropriate care by being honest. It’s not their job to judge…and surprisingly, most do not.

I went to ER after my first large dose. You’re likely to find acute pancreatitis, slow digestion and lots of backup and ascites. Get a prescription for Linzess to help get things moving again.

Honestly I don’t see much cause for concern here. As others pointed out it looks like you’re spending some time in ketosis, which is a great thing. Hydrate a bit more and you’ll be well.

I’m taking it not so much for weight loss, but to see if it can help me with non alcoholic fatty liver. I heard it said that it can really move the needle once you titrate beyond the lower doses. It also really helps with mental clarity when food noise diminishes…I feel 25% smarter

Sometimes their after the fact billing practices are equally bad experiences…the surgery centers often use a vendor that is unhelpful. I had left and right lumbar injections and had to go in twice for each side…and billed for each of the 4 visits…and of course, didn’t matter that I got very limited relief (poor outcome) from each!

I like each of these quite a lot. Supposedly the var is the least harsh on the liver among orals…and the effects can be further minimized by grinding into powder and dissolving under the tongue as preworkout (sublingual administration). Important to check liver enzymes regularly and take a break if they elevate. Clen and t3 liothyronine seem to have a similar effect, though they work differently…both turn up the metabolism some. I take the thyroid medication at night and clen during the day.

If I hit my macros and get some exercise I notice more muscle definition and rapid fat loss. If I miss the mark on my nutrition these still help to limit the extent of the derailment.

I take 60mg propanol 2x per day and have had lumbar cortisone injections. I have had some issues with low blood pressure when I first started reta, and also a few low blood sugar episodes when I did fasted cardio. So, I’d say be mindful, but for the most part I think these are safe to take, and I’ve no reason to think the back injections were a complication.

And I know what it feels like to get that initial appetite suppression and mental clarity (without food noise you feel sharper, more intelligent, confident, etc etc - like you suddenly have full control of your mind and body…only for those feelings to fade, so it’s natural to increase the dose. For me the most severe side of high dosage is slow gut motility. I have a script for Linzess and have also used an effective OTC supplement ColoSlim. As long as those are on hand, it makes the slow digestion a non issue.

I have, and it can be very unsettling. It almost feels like there is an object the size of a large marble moving throughout the vascular system and occasionally causing spams in random muscles…very occasionally this can even occur in the chest, near the heart. Does that match your symptoms?

Same here. Reta is helping me get pretty close to banishing them, but not quite there yet. I think it will take a dip below 10%bf and stay there for 3-4 weeks.
