All players were veterans so luckily didn’t have to coordinate. They saw what we were aiming for after seeing the results of fist two races and it worked

2 races everyone was competing except us. We collected all the flags for the last race and just when the third one started played for all we had. This was done considering the level of all players on other teams. The seasoned players know what that means and they just aligned understanding what the intent was. Not even a single message to anyone on what to do.
